  1. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests

 

  1. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 04 December 2025 and authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes

 

  1. Frequency of Committee Meetings – To discus the need to have monthly meetings.

  • Payments – to receive payments for December 2025 and Chair to sign

  1. Car boot report & Car boot signs update

 

 

  1. Maintenance – progress update on any matters outstanding

 

  1. Report update from inspection and PAT testing, lighting progress update
