  1. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 08 January 2026 and authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes

  • Payments – to receive payments for January & February 2026 and Chair to sign

  1. Car boot report & Car boot signs update

 

  1. Playpark Report from Sovereign – to RESOLVE to have repairs completed as per report

 

  1. Maintenance – progress update on any matters outstanding

 

  1. Report update from inspection and PAT testing, lighting progress update
