NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
That the next ordinary meeting of the Parish Council is to be held on Thursday 05 March 2026 commencing with the Public Forum at 6.00pm in the Church at Hogsthorpe. Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.
Public Forum – An opportunity for the members of the public to address the Parish Council or make representations about items on the agenda; priority is given to queries communicated in advance to the Clerk. Members of public are welcome to stay for the whole meeting but will only be permitted to speak during the meeting with the approval of the Chair.
District & County Councillor Reports will be received at the conclusion of the Public Forum.

1. To elect a Chair to run this meeting – Cllr Ellen Smith has volunteered for this meeting and someone will be needed for the April meeting. At the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council in May there will be an Election of Chair for the year
2. Chair’s Welcome
3. Apologies for Absence To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
4. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests

7. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 05 February 2026 and authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes

9. Playpark Committee Meeting - To receive report from Playpark Inspection & RESOLVE to pay for repairs resulting from the report
10. Parish Council Meetings – to discuss the location and day of future PC Meetings
11. Newsletter/Events – to discuss a events calendar/Newsletter for the village
12. Financial Matters
i) Payment of accounts to receive payments for January 2026 and Chair to sign
ii) Balance of accounts
13. Speeding data – to note data as supplied by Cllr R Murray
14. Planning:
i) Planning Application 03569/25/FUL - Land at Howlett House South Ings Lane Slackholme End Hogsthorpe Lincolnshire PE24 5NS - Planning Permission - Erection of 2 no. livestock buildings for cattle and associated infrastructure and construction of an attenuation basin. APPROVED.
ii) Planning Application 03805/25/FUL - Rosebay Maiden Lane Hogsthorpe Lincolnshire PE24 5QH - Planning Permission - Erection of 3no. dwellings and alterations to vehicular accesses. Existing static caravans and associated outbuildings to be removed. APPROVED.

Using the NALC model contract issue the Clerk’s contract backdated to 08 September 2025 when the Clerk began employment.
