The next meeting of the Parish Council will take place on Thursday 2nd December 2021 at Hogsthorpe Village Hall

 

Prior to the meeting there will be a Public Forum commencing at 6.30pm. Members of the public and press are welcome.  During the first 15 minutes members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

The council meeting will commence at 6.45pm or at the closure of the public forum – whichever is the sooner.

This notice summons all members of the council to attend or submit their apologies to the clerk at the earliest opportunity.

  3. Notes of the last Parish Council Meeting held on 8th Nov 2021 to be approved as the minutes
  4. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations
  5. To receive reports from outside bodies and other meetings
  6. Financial Matters  
  1. Payment of Accounts – none
  2. Receipts – None
  1. Village Christmas Tree – to consider cost and decoration
  2. Willow tree in the church
  3. Churchyard path update
  4. Cemetery fees update
  5.  S106 agreement
  6. Matters arising from parks meeting
  7. Cllr T Smith statement
  8. To resolve on whether the Council will move into closed session to consider agenda item 27 below in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960. Should this resolution be passed the public and press will be required to leave the meeting at this stage
  9. To consider clerk applications
  10. Complaint re previous clerk.
  11. To consider complaint raised by Kath Hayes and Len Wildmans.
  12. To move out of closed session
  13. To confirm time and date of next meeting. Thursday 3rd February 2022
