Prior to the meeting there will be a Public Forum commencing at 6.30pm. Members of the public and press are welcome.  During the first 15 minutes members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

 

The council meeting will commence at 6.45pm or at the closure of the public forum – whichever is the sooner.

 

This notice summons all members of the council to attend or submit their apologies to the clerk at the earliest opportunity.

  2. Apologies for absence and acceptance of any reasons given
  3. Notes of the last Parish Council meeting held on 3 March 2021 to be approved as the minutes
  4. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations
  5. Clerk’s report on matters outstanding
    1. Heritage project funds
    2. Grasscutting contract
    3. Dog bin and signs
    4. Speedwatch group
    5. Litter picking around village
  6. To receive reports from outside bodies and other meetings
  7. Financial Matters  
  1. To agree annual accounts for year ending 31st March 2021
  2. To review assets and renewal of annual insurance policy
  3.  Payment of Accounts
  1. Elections
  2. To resolve on whether the Council will move into closed session to consider the following two confidential staffing matters in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960. Should this resolution be passed the public and press will be required to leave the meeting at this stage
  3. To approve the recommendations of the Staffing Committee meeting of 10 March 2021
  4. Move out of closed session
  5. To confirm time and date of next meeting – taking into account the latest Covid restrictions
