An extraordinary meeting of the Parish Council will take place on

Outside The Back of Hogsthorpe Village Hall, Or Inside The Hall If The Weather Is Inclement

Prior to the meeting there will be a Public Forum commencing at 6.30pm. Members of the public and press are welcome.  During the first 15 minutes members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. 

The council meeting will commence at 6.45pm or at the closure of the public forum – whichever is the sooner.


This notice summons all members of the council to attend or submit their apologies to the clerk at the earliest opportunity.

22.    To review the Churchyard footpath upgrade
23.    To resolve to obtain quotes for the repair of the churchyard walls now permission has been granted to temporarily move the headstones
24.    To review issues raised by the playing fields committee
25.    To consider a request for a flagpole in the churchyard
26.    Review of Heritage Project

27.    To resolve on whether the Council will move into closed session to consider agenda item 27 below in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960. Should this resolution be passed the public and press will be required to leave the meeting at this stage
28.    To consider potential complaints about burials within the churchyard
29.    To move out of closed session
30.    To confirm time and date of next meeting 1 September 2021
