Prior to the meeting there will be a Public Forum commencing at 6.30pm. Members of the public and press are welcome.  During the first 15 minutes members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

The council meeting will commence at 6.45pm or at the closure of the public forum – whichever is the sooner.

This notice summons all members of the council to attend or submit their apologies to the clerk at the earliest opportunity.

  3. Notes of the last Parish Council meeting held on 3 February 2021 and notes on the extraordinary meeting of 22 February 2021 to be approved as the minutes
  4. To elect a Vice Chairman
  5. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations
  6. General correspondence – Complaint from a member of the public through facebook about the condition of the gutters and drains, signs and bus stops and an overgrown area at a field entrance on Mill Lane
  7. Clerk’s report on matters outstanding
    1. Heritage project funds
    2. Cleaning of the parish noticeboard
    3. Professional zoom package
  8. To receive reports from outside bodies and other meetings
  9. Financial Matters
    1. Payment of Accounts
    2. Estimate of bank balance for end of year accounts as at 31st March 2021
    3. Confirm any final payments before year end
  10. To agree whether to purchase metal dog fouling signs and how many for the village
  11. To agree to move the dog bin on the corner of Thames Street and Langham Road to the playing fields car park and purchase a larger one to replace it
  1. Matters planned for further discussion for the coming year:
    1. Grasscutting
    2. Set up a Community Speedwatch Group
    3. Recommence a litter picking team around the village
    4. Recommence cleaning signs around the village
    5. Recommence car boot sales
    6. Set up and administer the facebook page
  2. Confirm format and speaker for the Annual Community Meeting in May
