  1. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests

 

  1. Minutes of previous meeting: To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 3 June 2026 and authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes

          Update on the progress at Lloyds Bank in giving full access to the RFO

 

  1. Car boot report & Car boot signs update – dates for car boot when inside the hall, signage re: changing rooms

 

  1. Playpark – Bucket Swing repair, infants swing frame and other report on recent repairs

 

  1. Maintenance - progress update, electrician update, shed clearance update, dedicated handyman for park to consider

 

  1. Report - update on PAT testing and lighting
