  1. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 05 March 2026 and authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes

  1. Playpark - report on Quotes for Repairs

 

  1. Maintenance - progress on the trees behind the changing rooms, pathway and CCTV area, and any other matters outstanding

 

  1. Report update from inspection and PAT testing, lighting progress update
