NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
That the next ordinary meeting of the Parish Council has been rescheduled to take place on Wednesday 22 April 2026 at 6pm, at Hogsthorpe Village Hall, commencing with the Public Forum at 6.00pm in the Church at Hogsthorpe. Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.
Public Forum – An opportunity for the members of the public to address the Parish Council or make representations about items on the agenda; priority is given to queries communicated in advance to the Clerk. Members of public are welcome to stay for the whole meeting but will only be permitted to speak during the meeting with the approval of the Chair.
District & County Councillor Reports will be received at the conclusion of the Public Forum.

i) Planning Application 00282/26/FUL - Fair Acers South Ings Lane Slackholme End Hogsthorpe Lincolnshire PE24 5NS - Planning Permission - Extension and alterations to existing dwelling to provide additional living accommodation, erection of vehicular access gates and construction of a vehicular access.
16. Nomination of Representative to attend a Community Liaison Meeting for Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind on Wednesday 29th April from 7pm until 8.15pm at Hogsthorpe Village Hall
The objective of the community liaison meeting is to:

Gather feedback from local communities related to Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind.

Act as a two-way communication channel between local communities and the project team.

Help local communities shape the project in a way that brings maximum value to the local communities.

19. Clerk's Contract - Using the NALC model contract issue the Clerk’s contract backdated to 08 September 2025 when the Clerk began employment.
