NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
That the next ordinary meeting of the Parish Council is to be held on Wednesday 08 April 2026 commencing with the Public Forum at 6.00pm at Hogsthorpe Village Hall. Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.
Public Forum – An opportunity for the members of the public to address the Parish Council or make representations about items on the agenda; priority is given to queries communicated in advance to the Clerk. Members of public are welcome to stay for the whole meeting but will only be permitted to speak during the meeting with the approval of the Chair.
District & County Councillor Reports will be received at the conclusion of the Public Forum.

14. Planning:
i) Planning Application 00282/26/FUL - Fair Acers South Ings Lane Slackholme End Hogsthorpe Lincolnshire PE24 5NS - Planning Permission - Extension and alterations to existing dwelling to provide additional living accommodation, erection of vehicular access gates and construction of a vehicular access.

16. To resolve to exclude the public and media to discuss confidential items relating to individuals and confidential financial matters in accordance with The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960
17. Using the NALC model contract issue the Clerk’s contract backdated to 08 September 2025 when the Clerk began employment.
