Minutes Of Meeting Of Hogsthorpe Playing Fields Committee Held On Wednesday 4th December 2019

1. Minutes of meeting of 6th November 2019 were approved and signed by V Worley.
2. Report from Secretary/Treasurer
a) Budget for 2020/21 showing income of £750 and outgoings of £1144 was accepted. Any shortfall in the year will be supported by the reserve from the Parish Council.
b) Payment of accounts was approved for £180 to Pheonix for playpark inspection and £102.04 to Anglian Water.
3. Maintenance
a) Signage. Change of contact details– EC has this in hand. Not yet sourced Playing Field street sign - KH
b) A worn rope on the children’s playpark had been picked up by the Inspection report. LW to take a look at this.
4. Grants update
Unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful with both the applications for the picnic area and terrace and the adult gym. KH would try and find sources in the new year.
5. Summer fete committee meeting update
Notes of the meeting attached. LW will also try and get classic cars and Harley bikes again this year.
6. Advertising in Coastal Country Park Magazine
Agreed – KH to send details to VW
7. Dates of meetings 2020 – 6pm same dates as Parish Council meeting
8. Date of next meeting
Next meeting was set for 5th February 2020 at 6.00 pm.
