MINUTES OF MEETING OF HOGSTHORPE PLAYING FIELDS COMMITTEE HELD ON WEDNESDAY 3rd FEBRUARY 2021 VIA ZOOMAY 1 APAY1 APRIL1

Minutes of meeting of 9 December 2020 were approved and are to be signed by L Wildman as the Chair was not present at the meeting.
Finances
Payment of accounts – The direct debits to Anglian water and the financial statement for the period ending 31 December 2020 were agreed by Cllrs M Culley, L Wildman and P Smith
Bank Mandate
It was agreed by Cllrs M Culley, L Wildman and P Smith to amend the banking mandate to update the Secretary details from K Hayes to K Stafford and to include the new secretary, K Stafford as a primary user for online banking purposes.
Maintenance
Cross beam replacement on the junior swing – It was agreed by Cllrs M Culley, L Wildman and P Smith that the estimate given by Fenland Leisure Products for £763.80 be accepted and the work should be carried out as it is essential that it is done
Update On Grant Application
The grant applied for to carry out the repairs to the toddler swing has been rejected.These repairs have now been carried out and paid for by the Playing Field Trust.
Outdoor Adult Gym
Cllr Wildman proposed that any plans for the outdoor gymn were put on hold until the end of lockdown.Cllr Banks expressed the opinion that the gymn should not go ahead at all.Part way through discussions Cllrs T Smith and A Green entered the meeting.It was agreed by all Cllrs on the Play Park Committee that the gymn should be put on hold until after lockdown.
