All meetings at Hogsthorpe Village Hall, Thames Street, Hogsthorpe, PE24 5PT

Members of the public are welcome to attend our meetings. There is a Public Forum at the start of the meeting, which is an opportunity for the members of the public to address the Parish Council or make representations about items on the agenda. Priority is given to queries communicated in advance to the Clerk. Members of public are welcome to stay for the whole meeting but will only be permitted to speak during the meeting with the approval of the Chair.
