6. Complaints about the standard of grasscutting and strimming of the playing fields and the need to cut back some trees
7. To obtain tenders and apply for funding for levelling football pitch and picnic area including removal of tree stumps
8. Draw up Weekly Inspection Record for the Playpark
9. Agree rota days for daily inspections of the playpark
